and consultant firms, approximately 60 percent for plaintiffs. More
than 30 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering
and construction with an emphasis in project, construction management,
OSHA-related legal advisements, and entitlement issues.
Additional experience in the fields of estimating, contract negotiation
and administration, cost analysis, construction claims analysis,
dispute and defects recommendation for claim mediation.
High School project: Provided on-site project oversight
for the $19MM expansion/renovation of a large Central New Jersey
High School.
Performed a review and an analysis of the school board's actions
and expenditures related to termination of the electrical prime
contractor as well as a review and analysis of the performance of
the replacement contractor selected by the school board.
Edna Mahan Prison: Assisted in the preparation of a $5MM
claim against the state and the architect/engineer involving construction
at the prison in Clinton, New Jersey. Services included contact
review of issues in dispute and damage calculations.
District of Columbia: Provided service to the Water and
Sewer Authority to resolve over 150 contractor claims totaling over
15 MM, involving the $600 MM Blue Plains Capital Improvement Program
in Washington, DC. All were settled out of court.

Project manager for $20MM, 87,500 sq. ft. Aircraft Assembly Facility in Martinsburg, WV, and the $60MM, 175,000 sq. ft. Terminal Complex, Daytona Beach International Airport; and the $120MM, 360,000 sq. ft. Philadelphia International Airport Terminal Complex.
Provided consulting services to the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority as a part of the Project Management Oversight Team for the $189 MM Boston Engine Terminal and the $60MM Old Colony Railroad Extension.
